(M)EAT CARNIVAL serves up a unique dining experience like no other. Each event brings vibrant demonstrations of unusual dishes, to set up a sensational atmosphere for a next-level experience you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. In fact, the pop-up locations are not released until a week before each event. Beware, (M)EAT CARNIVAL isn’t for everyone, so if getting your fingers dirty with exotic flavors and eating al fresco is your idea of fine dining, then this should be on your culinary bucket list.

This one-of-a-kind experience is inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean. Each pop-up event brings a team of chefs, each showcasing our interpretation of Medi-American cuisine cooked over a live fire. Explore the space, discovering something new around every corner – no two dishes are alike and no two (M)EAT CARNIVALS are exactly the same.
